I was treated for prostate cancer, with exterional beam radiation an HD branchythearpy; as a result I was cured of cancer however; I developed strictures, ulcers and calcium build up in the prostatic ureathra, this condition got so bad that their was total blockage of the ureathra, two modified turps cleared the blockages, however massage infection resulting in paralysis from the waste down for months, six months to learn how to walk and become somewhat ambulatory ; Major side effect lingering is 100 percent in continent the only way to control the urine is an exterior cathater, unlike the condom cather that you roll over the entire penis and connect a tube at the end, this type of devise causes major irritation to the penis, damage to soft tissue, and is prone to infection.

In researching for a solution I came across a new concept in male urinary control, it is made by Men’s Liberty. The devise is called Men’t Liberty External Catheter.

This urinary control devise consists of a flower pedal devise that has eight pedals, that that have an adhesive on the side of the pedal that is attached to the head of the penis, the pedals are sounded by a tube that when attached to the penis are centered over the male exit ureathra that carries the urine to a small collection bag.

Prior to attaching the pedal devise, you wash the penis with plain soap, such as IVORY, soap cannot have oils in the soap or the devise will not blond to the penis.

After the cleaning process prior to put the flower pedal on the glans (head of Penis) is wiped with a special type adheaasive glue, that the pedal stick to.

The glue like material is called Bio-Plus “No-Sting Barrier Film” it is waped around the head of the penis to act as a bonding agent for the pedal devise that will stick and adhere to the penis. This bonding agent is fast drying like 15 seconds.

After the Barrier Film (bonding agent) has dried then the pedal like devise is slowly placed on the top of pee hole, and each pedal is prsssed down onto the head of the penis.

As a final step in make this devise leaking proof a special seal and secure type is wrapped around the flowe like devise sealing and make the devise leakproof.

So why go to this legnth in talking about this devise that I must say is better then any other devise on the market, you put one on and you have to remove in after 24 hours, the bag can be emptied as you fell the weight of the urine,at night the plug at the end of the bag has a port to attached a bed drainage bag.

Here is the problem after using this for over a year, my penis head is not as sensitive; it is not num however; it appears to look like a smooth plastic dome, without much feeling, and I bring this up to ask if any other users are exprecing a semiliar feeling.

I’m married, and sex is difficult with the urine driping and lessen this distraction I use a women's condom catheter or way oversized male cathater 7.5 long, width 64 regular condom is 53 as a side note only “my ONE Condoms” offer nine sizes of length and widths.
