The Inspire Sudden Cardiac Arrest community welcomes survivors, caregivers, and loved ones to connect, share stories, and support one another in the journey after sudden cardiac arrest. Sudden cardiac arrest happens when the heart unexpectedly stops, so whether you’re learning how to recognize sudden cardiac arrest symptoms, or living with an ICD, you’ll find understanding peers here. Together, members exchange encouragement, discuss CPR and AED awareness, explore the latest research, and honor those affected—because no one should face this experience alone.
