It's been 9 days since I cut down on my meat and gluten intake (and stopped eating potatoes completely) and my P is STILL steadily declining. All the little new spots that I was getting around New Year's are gone. All the bigger spots are flat with thinner scales :) Same with the P on my fore head and face. Even the P on my scalp isn't as itchy or thick.
I'm so excited. This diet is a huge sacrifice but considering what I've been through the past 16 years, it is well worth it.
