Attention St. Louis Lung Cancer Community

This coming Saturday, May 19th, Lung Cancer Connection will present a free lung cancer information seminar from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel, 191 Westport Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63146.

The seminar will feature presentations from four St. Louis-area lung cancer physicians, who will speak on various topics, including early lung cancer screening, surgery, clinical trials, radiation therapy, and new advances in treatment.

A licensed clinical social worker from the Cancer Support Community will speak about ways to cope with anxiety and stress during a lung cancer journey.

The seminar will wrap with a Q&A session featuring doctors and lung cancer survivors.

This event is open to patients, families, medical professionals, and anyone interested in learning about current standards for the treatment of lung cancer.
