Interstitial Cystitis Friendly Recipe Help? / flare

Hi everyone, my wonderful support group family! I haven't posted in a while; I am currently having a flare of my symptoms....and by a flare I mean O.M.Goodness THIS IS TERRIBLE! flareup. It seems like even though I'm not eating anything bad the flare-up is still there! I am trying to avoid taking medication for it, but I think I am about to give in to this...I've just been trying to solve it through diet for the past few days.

In addition to that, I was wondering: One of my sensitivities is salad dressing...of ANY kind except honey mustard...I really like eating salads and its something I haven't seemed to be able to enjoy since I developed interstitial cystitis. Can any of you give me IC friendly, bladder friendly recipes for salad dressings? Also, would any of you happen to know what it is in salad dressings that is bad for IC? I would really be appreciative if I could get some recipes for this because I really miss eating my salads!

Also, just sharing about my symptoms a little, my biggest triggers seem to be: Lemon (in any form, which is probably why I'm flaring now because we recently discovered that a new seasoning we have been using contained lemon....we've only been using it about a week....that's around when my symptoms started really acting up....), tomatoes (tomatoes make me want to cry later), and salad dressing! I'm also not too good with spicy foods or chocolate....can anyone provide any clarity here? Is there a common trend, or a specific ingredient that these all have in common? I know they are all on the bad list...

Also, could anyone shed some light on why foods that are listed as particularly comforting for IC don't seem to be helping me much while I'm having a flareup? Thank you all for your answers on this!

Recipes for salad dressings- http://icfriendlyrecipes.blogspot.com/p/salads.html

Remember to read the label for problem ingredients. You will be surprised by what ingredients are put in foods and beverages.

What I have found is that all salad dressings have vinegar which is a trigger. Lemon is also a common ingredient in salad dressing. I make my own with avocado, oil, fresh garlic and IC friendly spices. This works very well for me. It is very hard to find dressing without vinegar.
