I did it- 2 lbs are gone. I am SO happy and scared that it will return!!!! I have been working out with my trainer but more importantly I have done better with my emotional eating this week. I found that by writing down the feelings that I am having helped me not to eat. Drinking lots of water helped me alot. Also, the 100 calorie snack packs have been a lifesaver as well. My only pitfall that I have found is that after 9 hours of dieting- when I hit the front door I am instantly ravenous----HELP??? Any suggestions?
