I'm getting better with my depression. i have started doing more things to keep me being active. I have notice by me being doing things it keeps me happy. I'm trying to get the motivation to workout. I'm starting a support where I live to help people talk about there problems without judgment. You will surprise about if you talk to people they never help, they do understand that sometime you just need a ear to listen and vent. I'm also raising for the walks I'm doing.
