hello, unbrokenspirit. i know you posted a month or so ago about these same questions. if the doctor said 'condyloma', he may have been referring to genital warts. most gynecologists should be able to recognize these upon inspection. you could have a normal pap and still have warts...sometimes the warts aren't where they're doing the pap smear. did they do an hpv test? that would indicate whether or not you have an active hpv infection. you could have partners who don't exhibit any warts, yet still have the hp virus. and, hpv has many strains, some of which can potentially cause genital warts, and some which can potentially cause dysplasia/cancer. i'm not sure why you've seen 3 different doctors, but i would encourage you to find a doctor whom you like and trust so that he can do testing and examinations to make a better diagnosis.

Unbrokenspirit,

What you need is an HPV DNA test. This is the only way to know for certain whether or not what you have is actually condyloma. If you don't mind me asking, where are the areas in question? Are they on your vulva or your anus? I had a doctor try and tell me once that I had warts on my anus, but it truned out to be hemmorhoids. It probably wouldn't hurt to have one of these growths removed for biopsy, just to be on the safe side. Best of luck to you!
