I have noticed lately that my breathing is getting better and my body pains are getting less. I have stepped down (gradually) on the pred from 40 to the now 10MG/day. By the end of the month, I will be down to 5MG for the month of July and then 0.
I hope that this crap will stay at the level that it is or less. I do not like to strain to breath and really do not like the weight that I have gained since starting prednisone. I have never been this damn heavy in my life and it makes me want to cry sometimes when trying to get dressed or looking into the mirror. I do not like this Sam I Am!
I went on a bike ride in the Twin Cities, Minnesota today for an event called Patriot Ride. It was a very emotional day being a Veteran and knowing that this event was to raise money and awareness for our Veterans and especially for those who have fallen for our Freedom. There were more than 2,000 bikes and we went on a 75 mile ride. It was very touching going down the road and seeing folk standing at the roads edge and waving, saluting, or giving us the peace sign as we rode by. This was a very spectacular event am I am glad and proud that I attended. One major problem for me was that my back and glutes were extremely sore. I had to make several stops on the way home because I hurt so bad. Vith the event in mind, the pain was worth it! God Bless Our Veterans!!
If the sarc comes back, will it always come back in the same way or will or could it be different symptoms?
