So after the birth of my last child(he is 4 now) I have been having problems finding the 'right' birth control pill for me(my period would start days before it should & last around 10days). Finally in May 2007 my gyno put me on Yaz...which I liked pretty well, my 10 day periods were gone & I was on a normal cycle having very light periods for about 3-4 days(so nice!).....until November 2008(about 1 and half years of being on the yaz)...my 10 day periods returned!! Or if they weren't 10 days they were extremely heavy & crampy & clotty! So when I went for my yearly in April 2009-while my Dr flitted around the room(this is why he is no longer my Dr)-I told him this was hapening again-and once again he switched my pills to Micronor(progestrin only pills)! I am wondering why we keep switching pills instead of finding a reason for the abnormal bleeding??!!
So then I find out a week later that my pap was abnormal-wondering if it has anything to due w/ the bleeding?
2 weeks into my 'new' pills I develop 2 cysts on my left ovary(never had this before)-Dr. thinks they are functioning cysts & not to worry(HAHAHA).
I know I am rambling but it's nice to 'talk' things out w/ people who know what these things are like!
