2009 SCAA CONFERENCE !

The SCAA Conference this year was another amazing and inspiring event. My husband, Jack ( SCA Survivor ) and I are part of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and are proud to be Members of SCAA since it began. This Conference gave Members of SCAA Chapters/ Affiliates throughout the U.S. the opportunity to meet each other and share their experiences. After meeting this wonderful group of passionate people we know that SCAA is the organization that will be able to make a difference in this important "mission" we are all on ! The workshops, on many different topics , gave all of us a better understanding of what we can be doing as we go forward. Working together we can accomplish so much more ! Most of you know that CNN was at the Survivor evening and our Members were represented on the CNN special CHEATING DEATH. If you are not already a Member of a Chapter, please consider doing that. You will find friendship and Support from others who truly know what you and your family have gone through. Photos of the special event are posted on the SCAA website. Thanks to Chris Chiames and the SCAA Staff for the excellent job that they did in making this another wonderful and meaningful Conference.
