I've posted a note to your comment re: medical treatment. I believe you will get an answer, even if the Dr. is on vacation they always have another physician cover their practice and that physician can and will, if pressed, answer your question. I hate the anxiety that this Dr. has given you, but I know that can be addressed and you can resolve it. Don't be reluctant to take action, after all no one cares more about your medical health than you!
