Good morning all you movers and shakers -
Distance for fitness - go and get em -
A question came up yesterday - we discussed it and thought this would be the best way to handle things - If you are counting distance traveled with a bike some of the time - we could track our distance traveled biking seperate from walking, running, jogging, - This will keep from making any one else feel discouraged if all they do is walking and not covering the same amount of distance as someone riding a bike - I sure hope I explained that so you all can understand it -
I did get some water arobics in last evening - I go back to the Dr. today and check on my ouchies - I want to get to the gym later today if only to walk the tread mill -
