Well, I have to share with everyone here that I have found the greatest thing since sliced bread. Col. De Ray at Findlay Market in Cincinnati now has an online store. But if you live anywhere close by, its worth the trip to go and smell the spices and get ideas for how to cook with some of the items. The Col. offers something called Mr Rush spice blend, it has no salt at all and is fantastic. My husband even liked it, and he's a big salter. They also have a good lemon pepper and lime pepper with no salt, like none, at all. They are great on chix breast. If you have any questions give them a call, everyone there is very helpful.
