A cluster of different symptoms?

Hi,
I have had a cluster of different symptoms and I am not sure what it is. For over a year I have had pain that goes across my chest and down my left arm when I walk. It goes away when I stop but lately it is lasting longer. I have gotten sob while sitting. I get a stabbing pain in my neck, just that pain by it self. Lately upset stomach with chest pain and some without chest pain.My right arm started hurting really bad , it felt like someone was twisting it and it was heavy a couple of times. Once with chest pain. I have cad and they did a stress test a month ago it was negative.My Pcp she did a lung function test it was negative . The Dr will not listen to me and keeps saying it is not your heart .
Any suggestions on what it could be ?
