Happy New Year Everyone!

So far I have had 3 EKG's, an Echo Cardiogram and a Stress test all of which have come back normal. There is something nagging me constantly that they are missing something, somewhere. Even with my anxiety subsiding substantially thanks to Celexa, there is still something telling me there is a problem with my heart. Any suggestions on what to do? I'm officially been written off now as "anxiety ridden" by the doctors and they have basically told me as much.

Thanks so much
Liz

Well if the nagging is accompianed by pain or shortness of breath than you can pursue with you doctor a angio-cat scan. This is a painless cat scan of your heart that will give you a calcium scoring. There is tons of info on line. The other option is to seek some one our to talk too about what you are feeling.

Are you having any physical symptoms?

I'm really not sure to be completely honest. I've been having sharp little pains in the left side of my chest and left arm/shoulder cramping. Of course the constant reflux that i've suffered from for years. I'm going to talk to the Dr. about having the CT Scan with Dye done just to be sure. I thought a stress test (treadmill) could tell if their were blockages etc. is this not correct?

Thanks so much as always
Liz
