call write our local aha and ask where are our ornamenst for our tree that represents women with herat disease i l would love to have a red dress ornament to hang on my tree i was looking at ornaments teh other day i saw pink ribbon pink shoes i'm all for breast canceer awareness but we need one for us woemn with heart disease i think we w e start staying on top of our local aha amybe they will get the hint they are not doing much for us at all do you know my local chapter does not call me ever and i have been a part of them for 7 years since i ahve lived here in ga macys is a sponser of go red for women and yet i dont see a red dress ornament for my tree come on ladies lets get us out there lets get teh word out taht WE WANT TO BE HEARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nothing came up no i wnat to see ornaments in stores in macys in walmart at payless to help support our cause .........HEART DISEASE/................. i will be calling my local aha to see what they are doing to help get the word out i see more womenheart matericla then i do aha

Does Macy's carry other red dress items? They should be! Every Macy's shopper should be asking at every shopping trip: "Where is your Go Red for Heart Red Dress Product Department?"

The breast cancer people have done a fabulous job in raising awareness of their cause because they have MONEY, millions and millions of dollars from corporate sponsors who fund huge events and donate percentages of product sales to a gigantic pot of money. This didn't happen overnight - it's taken years of hard work for volunteers and breast cancer survivors. Their biggest ally, however, is the fact that most women (mistakenly) believe that breast cancer is their biggest health threat, and will come out in droves to show their public support.
Red dress ornaments on the tree would be nice, but we need corporate support like breast cancer organizations have successfully attracted. Until that happens in a massive and meaningful way, we can all wear our little red dress pins everywhere we go, making small differences one person at a time.
