Ok, I have had for a few days now a tightness in my chest that doesn't go away, no numbness, no pain down the left arm or in the jaw, no sweating just like someone has wrapped an ace bandage around my chest way too tight and I cannot get a good breath in, and fatigued all the time, no energy, headache and can really hear the pulse in my ears (I have a leaking Aortic Valve-supposedly minor leakage) and when I walk to the mailbox across the street I have to stop every 5 ft or so to catch my breath, getting into bed is a chore as well, I sleep on a wedge due to the leaking valve so getting myself high enough on the wedge takes all the breath out of me and it takes at least 10 minutes for me to breath somewhat normal again. Anyone have an idea if it is what I think it is which is maybe an infection in the heart region (I also have 30% blockage in the coronary arteries) like endocarditis or am I on the road to a heart attack.. I have no insurance so I put off alot of stuff. Someone speak straight with me please, I don't like sugar coating

It could be that your valve has worsened, and it would be good for you to get it checked out. The year before I had surgery to replace it, I was tired all the time and easily got short of breath. If you had endocarditis, you most likely would have a fever.
No one here can diagnose you. You need to see a doctor. You can either go to a Community Clinic for low-cost care, or, if you've been without medical insurance for at least 6 months, you are eligible for a preexisting condition insurance plan (PCIP).
You can get information on the PCIP here: https://www.pcip.gov/
Or, find a Community Clinic in your area here: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov/Search_HCC.aspx?byCounty=1
Do get yourself seen soon.
