Frustrating

Just in case anyone is wondering about my job situation I haven't heard anything new. I was offered the first job that is the Nursing Supervisor but only 32 hours a pay and weird hours and I can't reach the lady, nor has she called me back that asked me to call her Monday. I told the first gal about this other offer and told her I would let her know yesterday because that is the day Connie asked me to call her. This is so frustrating.!!!!! I'm not sleeping well at night and I'm stressing over keeping the first gal hanging. AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!

A hun, take a deep breathe and don't let this get to you, stress is not a good thing! I'll be praying that you get a good offer soon!

You're not going to believe this. Just all part of the drama club here. LOL
So, I called Connie and finally got her about 2 hours ago. She hadn't called because she wasn't sure if they were going to fill the position. There had been some talk about not filling it with all the other garbage that has gone on. So, I accepted the other position. (the 32 hour one, in case anyone is getting confused- I'm personally ready to get off the rollercoaster myself- but not yet). I called HR, called Cindy (director #1), set my schedule and thought "ok, must be what is suppose to be".
So I'm done with all that, start working on other things that need to be done and my phone rings. Do you want to take a guess at who it was? No? Are you sure? .......
A third director. The one that would be over the Nurse Recruiter position. Yes I can tell you what it is now. It's official. She called to let me know that they are indeed going to fill the position and I will be able to apply in the next day or two.
This is all just getting comical. Talk about keeping someone off balance. Either way, I know I have a job. So I will probably still apply for the nurse recruiter, it's days full time, no weekend, no holidays and probably less stressful in the long run. It doesn't mean I would get the job though so it's good that I took the first one. Besides, if I do get the other, I can still do per diem as a supervisor.
Enough of my drama, time to focus on others. Thanks all for listening to me. You're all the best.
((((((((hugs)))))))))))

Sweetie, we don't call that drama, we call that blessings falling into your lap every time you turn around! It's amazing to watch God reward you for your faithfulness! You always bring me back in from the brink!
Love and hugs,
K

Yay!! I'm glad that you got multiple job opportunities, even if they cause a few headaches, you'll see it'll all work out :)

Tina,
I thought I heard a great exhale of relief coming from Michigan. This is wonderful news all the way around.

And haven't you figured it out - we love to help in the cases of drama. You are so deserving of every bit of attention here - soak it up and enjoy.

My best,
Laura

Dear Ms. Very popular Tina,

Ha! I just officially stopped worrying about you because you are obviously much sought after for your nursing/coordinating skills!!! Good on ya! This has to be both exhillerating and annoying......The dust will settle soon. Glad you were starting to feel really good right before this job silliness began.

Now maybe you can sleep!!! Hope so.

hugs and congrats,
Jaynie
