chest pain backpain neck and shoulder

hi david please help me, iam from kenya 22yrs male have been having pains for almost three months now in my neck,both shoulder,both arms,right and left sided of my chest and backpain. i fill like given up cant take it anymore the pain is 24/7 hole day and night. i went to my doctor and have an xray, blood test ,urine test and later he told me that my lungs were okey after that he told me that the problem is pinching nerves.is there any person who has any idea what is going wrong with me coz till now no change sory for my language

Why don't you believe your doctor? It does sound like it could be pinching nerves or what they call "herniated disc". That is when the soft stuff in between your vertebra pushes out toward your nerves and presses on them. It sounds like it could be in your neck. There are things that can help it, but yes, it's very painful and one can't rest without treatment and medication. (if that is what it is). If you have neck or back specialists in Kenya, I think you need to go see one.
