"To whom it may concern:

Congratulations! You have been selected to be the host for heart disease. You will begin to experience many or all of these symptoms — and may even deal with several of them at the same time.

As indicated previously, this condition is in constant flux and more symptoms will be added as we deem necessary. There is no warranty guarantee, technical support, or customer service available.

Sincerely,
Your Heart Disease"

awestome.

I have read letters like this from the addiction...when I went through that process...heart disease is just as powerful....thank you.

kardia

You mean letters like this are part of the 12 Step addiction recovery/management program? I need to buy one of those books.....'Letters' to and from any type of dug in situation like addictions or similar to addictions situations like chronic health bombs could be deeply helpful on an individual, personal basis for people struggling with who knows what. Especially to people who are unused to writing much at all, or looking inward via writing out what is going on in head and heart. We never know WHAT is going to show up on that page once we start scribbling!!! If we don't know what is going on in our head it may continue to create all sorts of zany scenarios to keep us from being 'aware'.
