Dear Elena, Zinctreral is a form of zinc used in only Poland.
The version of it in the USA is Galzin wich is zinc acetae. My sister who also has wilsons took this all through her pregnancy, when she did not have Galzin Dr. Brewer told her to purchase Zinc gluconate, which is avaliable over the counter. I hope this helps some.

My Zincteral just arrived via courier from Poland, thanks to my colleague from SGS Poland.
I'll have drugs for 3 months :)
