Could it really be tourettes????

i am 17 years old and am currently dealing with motor and vocal tics. it has been 5 months since they started getting really bad but we think i have had it my whole life. i sometimes feel alone and i can't be diagnosed as having tourettes for a year. i am on haldol for the tics and it seems to work to a point. i also am on clomipromine for OCD. i could just use someone who could give me some advice and may be willing to talk to me about all that is happening. could it really be tourettes? someone let me know

Are you writing here because you think you might have Wilson's disease? The only way to rule it out is by getting tested for wd (copper, ceruloplasmin, 24 hr urine).

no i am writing here because i could just use some advice. i don't believe it is Wilson's Disease.

I'm sorry bandgeek72391, but you are posting in a Wilson's Disease support area. Although some of your symptoms may be similar to those of people who have Wilson's Disease, I don't think that you will get much advice here in regard to Tourette's....
