Can wilson's disease patient accept blood like a normal person does?

Are there any special precautions required if a WD patient needs external blood in case of emergency,accedent etc?

Dear GH
I don't think there are any precaustions to be taken while a WD patient needs blood transfusion. I had blood transfusion for three or four times in my life of 48 years. I did not have to take any precaustions that I know of. But you should be better of asking a health professional instead. good luck

Nope..my daughter had a blood transfusion and was no special requirements apart from her blood type :)
