well monday i got one of my friends to go the gym with me... and she loves it. and i love her going, she keeps me on track and makes me work harder. she has lost 5 pounds since monday, although its water weight, i thought it was fantastic. im still at 298, but im not going back to the threes again. maybe with this added support i will kick it in to gear and really shed some pounds. well wish us luck. she only has about 100 pounds to lose as i have 165. she will get there sooner but her progress will motivate me to get there.
