No Bread, No Sugar for 10 days.

Ok, I've come back to my senses now and realize once again, bread and sugar are not my friends. For 7 months I did great. Then February rolled around and I lost my mind. I guess all the things I missed, I ate..........breads and sugar.

So last night while I was lying in bed, I had a revalation. Cut back (or out) the things that started the weight to coming back on and you'll probably begin to see good results again.

All day at work, I eat healthy; fruits, yogart or Cheerios for breakfast and baked/grilled chicken salad for lunch. I work out 4 times a week. (And believe me, these classes are really intense too.) Sit in the sauna for at least 20 minutes afterwards, and go home to being bored.....So what do I do when I get there? Look for sugar; eat and go to sleep!

So I have put myself on a 10 day challenge to see if I cut back (or out ) the things I know I don't need, if I will start to see results again. ONLY natural sugar from my fruits. I really need to lose 10 - 15 more lbs and I want to do this by the end of June. I know this goal is possible to achieve. I just have to be disciplined again.

Any other suggestions??? .... I'll keep you posted.
