74 lbs of me is Gone!
I started National Body Challenge last Year, Weighing around 210 lbs.
Walking helped me reach my Goal by walking 2 to 3 miles and now I Walk 5 to 8 miles and up to 10 miles on any given day. I usually Walks everyday.
For other Cardio Exercises I include the Treadmil,Gazelle and Strength and Flexbility Exercises.
My Nutrition includes eating Healthy meals, 5 fruits and veggies, 2 milk servings, Lean Protein,Whole Grains, Oils and Drinking plenty of water
What also helped me was to Journal.
I Fell off the wagon a few times but I got right back on
I made a Lifestyle Change for the better.
