Total inches gained or lost: 0 (it just shifted)
Ok, so I gained... but here's what I LEARNED from it. I've really got to get a handle on the sweet thing, so I'm reviewing all my Body For Life books again. I KNOW I can do this if I just focus.
Plus I've increased eating fruits and vegetables to 4 to 5 days a week.
And I'm working out 5 to 6 days a week at a moderate level.
So I've still had some progress... and just because it's weigh in day doesn't mean I'm done! I'm ready now for cleaning up my food and increasing my exercising. And I'm going to use Thanksgiving as my goal - do well now until Thanksgiving, allow myself to enjoy the holiday, and then get right back to it until Christmas (if I do it right, I should still see weight loss).
