Well, sometimes you just have to know it's not worth getting upset over. I turn the big 4-0 this weekend- Halloween as a matter of fact. I'm looking forward to it and decided this morning as my coworkers surprized me with decorations, chocolate, cards, presents and a Halloween sprinkle devil's food cake; that i am loved no matter what... and that a day off will not kill me, if it is just a day. We can all celebrate, if we use BOUNDARIES and MODERATION. That is my goal today. ONE peice of cake instead of two. They are taking me to lunch, maybe I'll get the Chef Salad instead of a monster burger and fries... that's a good start to a better year and a new me. Well, God bless us all, and give us strength. and may we all have at least 40 more wonderful years!! Stay strong and don't let the Chocolate Monster get you this weekend! :-)
