turbo jam

I saw an infomercial on turbo jam and was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it has worked for for you. I was thinking about buying it but wanted some opinions on it and if it is hard to do. I'm just desperate to lose this weight and maybe I'll stay motivated.

I have spent money on P90X, too much, because it didn't give me the miracle motivation I was looking for. I've come to believe that all infomercials on exercise stuff are the same. They are not going to give me what I can get for free.
I can exercise for free and follow the program outlined in discovery health's national body challenge, in which I recently enrolled. It's free and the support of people like you keeps me invested.
I haven't made any progress yet, but hope to figure out my motivation problem soon and get to work. I am taking baby steps.
I can tell you that nothing I ever purchased brought me to my goal, either.
Best wishes.

I haven't tried Turbo Jam, but I have tried Taebo with Billy Blanks, and I really enjoy that. I saw the info on Turbo Jam after I started Taebo, and I think that it is just someone that took the idea of the Taebo and turned it into something they could use and resell. Its kickboxing, takes about 45 minutes and really gets you sweating. I have lost over 20 pounds in 4 months. Granted I have gained 9 back, but only because of an injury to my ankle, but I seriously can't wait to get back to Taebo. Try the T3 Total Transformation Training. Its several dvd's that take you from beginner to intermediate. Good luck with what ever you choose.

I use to do taebo/Billy Blanks and also liked it very much and saw results, I did it evryday. If the cost is deterring you on trying maybe check ebay, sometimes you can find deals on there. I now am doing wii fit and myfitness coach but am realyy thinking of starting taebo back up, hmm I am going to check them out at ebay.

As a "collector" of workout equipment/dvds, I was shocked to find myself loving Turbo Jam. It took me a few times to learn the moves and get going and I cant stand Chalene's pep, but I always find myself goin back to Turbo Jam. I have Hip Hop Abs, Yoga Booty Ballet, Billy Blanks' Boot Camp, Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer, Carmen Electra's Strip Tease, the Biggest Losers, Dancing with the Stars, Slim in 6, Workout one on one training with Jackie (from the tv show), walk away the pounds, richard simmons, etc.etc.etc. Yes, alot. Some I havent even opened. Some I cant keep up with. Some hurt way too much the next day and I always give up. Some I cant stand the enthusiasm the skinny broad on tv has for working out and I turn it off.. haha. Anyway, Im rambling away, but Turbo Jam is fun. Just learn the moves so u can do it on mute and Chalene wont be a problem. Dancing with the stars is fun, too. My trainer at Pole Fitness taught me to dance with heels so it will work your calves. Problem is I have very weak ankles that havent yet healed from a sprain so I cant do that too much or my ankle will start hurting. But if weak ankles isnt your problem and u want dancer legs, go for that. Walk Away the Pounds I can do a few times a day...no problem. But again, have that mute button handy. Im goin to stop bow before I type up a novel.

Oh, sorry forgot to mention.... dont buy Beachbody products from Beachbody. Too many people have had problems dealing with them. Try Ebay.
