Hi guys. I am new to this, but I'll try to be brief. I am 64 years old, 5' 3 1/2", and weigh 336 lbs. I know you shrink as you get older, but I shrunk 3" in only 2 1/2 years!! I was a nurse, so I know that is not normal. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes type 2, but I don't feel that I can keep from eating what I want. I love fruit & vegetables, but they are expensive & they take a lot of preparation. I have COPD & have a terrible time standing, or working in the kitchen. It is a long story about all the factors that got me to this point, but maybe I can add more next time. Any help with motivation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys

i don't know if it would help much, but i do a lot of frozed veggies for my family. they are a little more expensive, but not much and I can control all the stuff that goes on them (salt, fat...) They have a limited amount of frozen fruits, but you can also do canned in lite syrups. Not as good as fresh, but it's better than nothing! (also less prep time for you!) Hang in there! Robin
