yes i am having gastric bypass tomorrow oct.14 also i am getting nervous. be glad when it is all over.

I had it in June =) And, let me be honest with you. You're going to wonder what the hell you just did with yourself for the first little while. I was in pain, didn't want to/couldn't eat or drink, it hurt to sleep and move, and now, 4 months later, I don't regret a single second of it.
I'm down about 55 pound, my diabetes and high blood pressure are completely gone, and I feel so much healthier and better about myself. I know that it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made =)
Good luck girl! You'll feel so much healthier and better in no time. And be sure to keep up with your progress on here. This site has a lot of amazing people and an awesome support network =D

i had my gastric bypass on oct14. i got to come home on fri. i am feeling pretty good. its hard to drink so much.
