+100 Lbs to Lose

I am looking to lose around 100 pounds. Anyone else out there looking for motivation? I need constant motivation. Don't want to start and stop. Want to stick with it. If you are truly ready to lose weight, please join this discussion so that we can do it together.

yup I need all the help i can get. I have two friends that are loseing weight (1 lost 10# and the other 50#) and i just cant get motivated to start. My sis has been walking/running and eating right and been doing 5 k walk/run and she has also walked a 1/2 marathon. Me.... i dont know, i just dont have the motivation.

I understand. I am going to start taking it one day at a time. my sister has also started the challenge by working out to her Wii Fit. She likes it. My other sister has a personal trainer. She's not big though. She's just trying to tone. I told myself I will get up in the morning to workout. I wonder how that will go.

hi i just registered in this site because i want to lose 100 pounds as well .im 27 years old and i weight 254 pounds and i got diagnosted as pre-diabetic couple days ago .i want to lose weight and im ready to do it but im sure will be easier if we could motivate each other.i will be happy to hear from u

So what is our first step? I am trying to stop eating out daily.

yes same here i stoped eating out ,,
1)i eat 6 times a day
at 8 tost with cheese and one egg
at 10 almonds and 1 small orange
at 1 a small soup (any soup)with salad
at 3 half of any fruit
at 6 i will eat vegetables with chicken or fish or pork
and at 9 carrots
with that way i think i will make my metabolism work faster

from monday im starting 20 minute cardio too

and trying to drink lots of water today it's my 3d day so far so good let me know what u r doin

That's a good idea. I am going to start working out on Monday as well. I used to dring 6 bottles of water daily. I am going to start back doing that as well. Also eating breakfast daily should help me to get my metabolism going early.
