Nearly 10 years ago I figured out that I am an alcoholic, and quit drinking. It's been nice, being able to remember what I did last night, not to mention that my general health level improved considerably after I'd been sober for a while. Not least, I went through a considerable amount of pain, learning to deal with things I'd previously bury with alcohol. The end result of that journey has been much more stable relationships.
Now, I see the reports that suggest that a glass of wine or so most days has considerable health benefits. So I'm wondering if I am REALLY done with alcohol. Is this question something I should review, or turn my back on?
