I have a very rough story, too. At age 4 I was unable to hear out of my right ear. It's too complicated to tell every detail, but basicly, I'm now deaf in my right ear.
Since then, I've had over 20 tiny tumors in my eyes, and 3 molecular ones on my skull and spine. And, lucky for me, I'm completely hospital phobic. Yippee.
But I give back, and I've raised $20,800.00 for VHL, and more every day, which brings me to my point. Revolution. I want one day a year when every VHL patint in the country raises mony and donates it to the VHL Family Alliance.
