hey up funmad dont no of any support groups in durham but im willing t give you any help or advice i can my partner passed away last year after 17 years with vhl its a long drawn out story so wont go into it right now.I live in wakefield [close t leeds lol] and i no how hard it can be t sort things out so if u fancy a chat or owt drop me a line some how and i will help as much as i can
awe sorry to hear about your partner. It can be hard to find support or even others to ask questions as I feel the health system don't really understand. I use msn messenger to chat a lot if this is an easy form of communication
thanks about are lass but we made sure she had a good time even though it was hard some times. We wernt happy with her last stay in hospital there were a few problems and seeing as her older brother has a mild form of vhl we are in the prosses of lets say sortin things out that hopefully will help in the screening prosses of certain aspects of vhl.
