As most of you know, this site has made a lot of changes and we, the VHLFA have also made changes. We have made a number of changes to help support our VHL Family, to better serve your needs and continue supporting you on line.

There are almost 500 people on this VHL Family Alliance group from around the world. We also noticed this site is pretty quiet. Do you read this, does it go to your spam folder, are you having difficulty, do you need time to search the changes? Please let us know. We cannot do anything if we don't know the concern.

Gale,
The sites seem more difficult to navigate than before. It also is confusing to have 2 sites. I find it hard to see new information, or to follow anything, or to find something.

it was confusin at first but i dont find a problem with it now

I do not get the emails daily like I used to, even though when I check my account settings I am suppose to. It does not appear on my Spam's blocked addresses list, either, so I'm not sure what's up. I kind of forget about the site without the daily email reminders.

Thank you to everyone that replied to this message and to me personally. Anyone that has contacted us about not being able to get in, should now be up and running. If we just communicated in the last day or so, you should be fine by the end of the day.

Inspire and the VHLFA have also taken every thing mentioned by you folks into consideration. Hopefully these issues have also been resolved.

I get it in my inbox and read new info on the site once a week.

I find it to be pretty easy. I get a daily email and if there is a new topic, I come here and read. Yeah, it's a little quiet, but give it a some time. It's viral... in a good way. It will pick up. :D

I think this forum works okay. I can tell you that I prefer the traditional type forums for browsing through to see what looks interesting. But, I think this seems to work also. I do have to say, I like this better than the previous layout. At least now you can view several of the most recent posts all at once instead of having to go into each topic separately.
