The last time I had a MRI..(for my low back pain) was abut 1 1/2 ears ago..& my pain is still as bad..probably worse..My orthapedic SUrgeon is convinced do not need a MRI..because I have no New symptoms..not true..My left leg hurts ilke hell & (all the way down to include my foot) so...I wen t my primary care physician..and talked him into it..ordering the MRI!! Yea..ya, i no wit is pretty pathetic when you get excited about a MRI!!..But trust me..when you have chronic pain...(and I realy DONT want surgery..already had that in 2000) and your sick of pain pills..I do get excited about the possibility of finding out what the heck might be going on.. taking care of it!
