This past week my Aunt and Uncle came over and they had a bunch of pictures with them they said that they we're getting to many and wanted to give me back some of the ones my mother had given them over the years. I don't know if this is normal with other families but it happens with mine all the time. That is why nobody knows who has what picture and what time.

Anyway....

Alot of the pictures where me and my dance reciltels or Karate class or Flag Football. I was so active and in great shape too. I never had a moments rest I was always doing something. I have been playing Piano sicnce I was 4 and the guitar since 7 and I did Marching Band in the drum line and pit crew. I couldn't believe how taught and thin and everything up till graduation then I just stopped and ate and ate and ate. And hear I am 23 about to be 24 and I am still a good 30 lbs over weight and sturggling to do a stupid dancing DVD that schould be a peice of cake my god I danced for 15 years there is no way I have fallen that hard off the wagon. Well I tell you the Catherine that was in those photos will be back I refuse to be the over weight person anymore.

My last 3 workout has looked like I have walked out of the shower and I feel assume and my tight jeans are just right I am on my way.

Here is too 160 by Thanksgiving.
