Well my body must have agreed with all of you about needing a major rest because I fell asleep here at the computer while talking to a friend on AIM. So I decided to just take a quick shower and hit the hay. And I felt rejuvnated this morning, I did oversleep by an hour but that is ok since I don't have to be to work by 4.
I have finally made it to level 2 on my DVD work out and OH MY GOSH let me tell you at about 22mins left I thought I wouldn't be able to make it the rest of the way. See these level 2 are between 45mins to a hour this one was 45. Level 1 is between 20mins and 25mins. And I new that I needed to up my work out because those level 1's where getting way too easy I mean my heart rate was up and I was burning calories and everything but when it gets too the end and you are thinking what that is it then you know you are ready for the next level. I am not going to lie I was cusing the instructior the whole time (thank goodness he couldn't hear me). What can I say my temper comes out even durning a work out. But when I was finished I felt great and proud of myself for sticking in there and not giving up because I am the type of person to where if I can't get on the 1st try then I want to just give up. And with these dance workout DVD's there is always a learning curve. And I kept reminding myself you have come this far don't give up now.
I am also proud of myself because I have not cheated once the whole week. Usully I will sneak a cookie at work. But not this week. I have been sticking to the diet I gave myself.
Breakfest: Yogurt with fruit
Lunch: Salad
Snake: Ganola bar (I have found that if I skip this I over eat on dinner)
Diner: A portion control size of whatever I make
And plenty of water and gatorade. I still need that cup of coffee in the morning though.
