Hi, everyone.
I am a Chinese girl,as you know,Chinese girls are thin in average, beacuse they have some methods.if you want become more thiner,i will tell you some ways.
The first, you should drink a bottle of water when you get up every day,it can clean your intestines.and then eat some fruit only for your breakfast.
slow down your speed of eating,it is good for your healthy.drink yogurt everyday.
do some walking everyday.
tips:i have special way,but i don't know if fits you?i will loss weight by doing some travelling beacuse when you are busy doing something, you will forget to eat.

"Awesome advice that anyone could follow" May God bless you Ikes....luyah

I'm not sure how old you are, but regardless of that, this is not good advice for most people. In fact, you're probably already doing some damage to your body.

It's really not about the calories vs. exercise! It's about having a normally functioning metabolism.

Matt Stone at 180degreehealth is doing extensive research on this subject and his findings are shocking.

I would suggest that the old counting calories ways are out and eating (the right foods) in a normal manner as we were designed to do is the ONLY way to have lifetime health and fitness.
