Overcoming Ulcerative Colitis without painfull surgery

0 Recommendations

Many people feel like the only course of action for them is surgery and medication. I would ask, has any of it helped? There is a better way. First you must understand what is causing the problem. Let me explain why my wife and I care about this specific disease first.

I had a brother in-law that suffered from ulcerative colitis who at the young age of 27 ultimately took his own life to free himself from his troubles. This was a devastating blow to me and especially to my wife's family. Everyone was blaming themselves for what had happened. That was 3 years ago.

At the age of 5 years old my oldest son was diagnosed with Colitis and his belly used to swell up like a balloon. We sought advise from the top medical professionals who then prescribed drugs that did not help and had terrible side effects.

Just from those two cases we had enough reason to figure out a way to overcome the disease that led to my brother in-laws death and that was afflicting our son.

Around the time of my brother in-laws death my mother was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. We had to find a solution to this disease there just was no other way. Doctors did not have the answers and the medication they prescribed only made matters worse.

Our son who is now 9 years old is a healthy thriving boy who no longer suffers from colitis. His symptoms are gone along with the colitis.

Now that you have heard my inspiration for helping others with digestive problems I would like to hear from others what their problems are and share with them what we did to help our son's colitis and how what we did may help you in your struggle.

Hi mendy
I would like to know what did you do for your son? so I can do it and may be tell somebody else if the children has the same problem.

To start I would like to recommend a book to you called "The Makers Diet". This is one of many books that I will recommend you read. Please start with this book and of course apply what you read to your diet. When you have completed this task let me know and I will give you more information to digest. It took us years to get it right with our son and allot of trial and error.

Everyone's condition and situation is so unique that what works for one person may not work for another but I am convinced that diet has everything to do with successful treatments.

THANKS, can I find it in the internet?

Here is the web address for the book. You might find the authors story inspiring. I know I did.
