New York Medical Help Please

I am a 32 year old female with 1 child age 6 we have been on medical assistance for the whole part of my childs life. he just turned 7 on january 21st. i got my renewal forms from N.Y medicaid and did what i was supposed to. I provided all the neccessary forms and proof of address. because my fiancee made more this year in the sum of 200 dollars because of a 1 time over time he had to do because they were short handed we were denied health care coverage. My fiancee as of now will also be layed off march 13th wich means we will be using our savings to live off of along with unemployment wich only gives him half of what he was making. last year we were in a head on collision with a small utility truck rendering me disabled but i could not apply for disability because i at the time did not work enough hours to qualify me. our medical is up march 1st and i'm about to have back surgery and with no medical insurance i wont beable to go to the docs for my prescriptions that control my pain management or see my orthopedics anymore. If anyone can help us out on what to do? we dont make enough money to go get any health insurance and my child was also denied coverage. were barely breaking even with house rent electric and all the bills ontop of paying for prescription for both adults and my sons asthma were at a dead end on options. PLEASE PLEASE HELP US. we live in New York. thanks any help or ideas will be great.
