I was wondering if anyone knows about a new drug just released for help with Fibromylgia? I would like to see if I could give it a try. Thanks

Exercise Pain Lyrica Osteoarthritis

Hi, I have been taking the new drug Lyrica for 8 months now. It have been great. Life is so much better. I still have a few days where I hurt, but I also have Osteoarthritis, migraines & neck problems. I still take a few pain meds, but only once or twice a week, not every day. Now that I am able to exercise again, this is also helping. I haven't noticed any side effects. Some people seem to have stomach upset, but not the case in my situation. I got the doctor to give me samples first to see if they would work. I even fought with my hubby's insurance company to pay for it.It was a lot cheaper than my insurance.
It is a controlled substance though, so you have to see the Doctor on a regular basis for the insurance. Hope this info helps, give it a try, what have you got to lose?
