Hi Marciabr, I need to loose weight also. Lets look together. First we need to walk today, that's a start. Where I live it is going to be nice outside. What about you? I have been wanting to loose weight for 3 years, I haven't exersized since Thanksgiving. Come on we can do it. Even if it's just down the street and back or down the driveway and back. Get outside and let the sun hit your beautiful face.

I know exactly where you are, only I'm 55 and still need to lose weight. When I first became really concerned, I was 250--down from 275. Right now, I'm about 235--just doesn't seem to get any lower. I would like to join you in walking--we can tell each other about our progress.

Sounds good to me who's up for walking today?????? We can hold each other responsible.

Hello, and I'm sorry about your situation. 11 years ago, my sister weighed nearly 300 pounds and was lost in depression. She had the gastric bypass operation and now weigh 145 pounds. She looks like a model, found a new husband, and transitioned into a better career! Please see a doctor and ask about this operation. It's laproscopic, and therefore, not as instrusive as normal operations. Your insurance should cover it because it prevents the complications that you are talking about. God Bless YOU and good luck. If you'd like my sister to send you a message about her gastric bypass, just send me an e-mail at irma@visionmarketingpartners.biz. Where there is a will, there is a way!

Hi, 2 years ago I was also overweight, and I really felt terrible, just like you describe it. I had even problems when going for a walk on short distances, like feeling tired only by 15 minutes walk.
So I both went for a healthy diet and exercise. It took me several months of hard effort, but I really managed to succeed it, and up to now I haven;t put on a single pound although I eat everything I want.

So, you'd better think over the healthy eating plans, and the exercise.

There are several good articles and tips that can be found here, so I hope this helps:

Congards on your weight lost!!!

Hi, my husband was constantly craving for food and couldn’t even lose pounds by working out. He just ate more. Then I brought him this supplement called Hoodia 10K from Goldshield and started taking. It really worked on him and now he can keep his appetite under control. He was able to lose over 50 pounds since he started taking it 6 months ago. Now he follows a diet and exercise plan and has much more energy.

I would suggest you the same.
