Hello I would like to tell people who are struggling to loose weight how I lost 10 pounds in one week. I cut down one my meals eating enough to fill me but not enough to make me sick. I also walk every morning and every night I started slow and increased each day I also wore a slimming belt while I was walking which helped me to slim more around the waist area. I did my best at crunches and sit ups every night but didn't push it. So if your looking to loose weight try it out what is the worse that can happen and you don't even have to spend any money its free.
