Drink three or four glasses every day of beet juice. Take a walk every day, at least during 45 minutes. Three or four times during the day, during 15 or 20 minutes, open and close a hand with a tennis ball inside (15 or 20 minutes with a hand, then the other one). And please, write back and tell me how are you doing. But the main thing is to have peace inside, the kind of peace that comes when you have deposit your whole life in the hands of one that is mighty and loves you till the death: Jesus.

He bless you...

Watch the salt in your diet... and lose weight. Walking is very good I think it is a stress reliever too. take care, I hope this helps you ... J

Taking a good calcium/magnesium capsule helps. It is calming. The brand that works best for me is Nature's Plus. I also know a man that reduced his blood pressure by just walking.
