i have hep c and am looking to see if any one can relate and could give me some advise

Well you dont give must info about your hep, what geno are you and have you had a biospy yet. Both very important, if I were geno 1 and could wait there are better drugs coming out, if you are geno 2 the drugs out there now can most likely get rid of it, I am geno 2 and just finished the meds last july, I am a member of a hep group call heppers, you can find us in delphiplus its free and we have a great chat room available.

There's genotype I, II, and III that I know of. On the market is Pegasys/Peg-Intron. This may be for type II but not sure. I'm in the research field and have seen many people with HCV take their blood test which comes back as PCR (polymerase chain reaction) negative - translation, remission/dormant. This is after the drugs though but I don't know which one(s).
