I had that after my bypass. They say it was from the nerve endings that were cut. Now I have heart cramps. I can feel things happening around my heart. IDoctors say you can't feel around your heart. 'm 53 and that was 5 yrs ago.

I too have had by- pass and still get heart cramps.Sometimes doctors just don't realize what we are going through. There is a heart web site that displays heart stories. It is quite interesting and you may want to post your story on that site. It's free a helps a person understand about life after heart surgery. Go to www. myheartinformation.com Take Care!

Janie, I am no doctor but I was told that those needle like pains are electrical pulses. They can be control with the right medication. You might want to list your story on a heart web site call
www.myheartinformation.com and see if anyone has had the same problem or ideas. Take care.
