Allergies can cause a variety of symptoms. Feeling tired is one of them. I have had allergies since I was a child, I also have allergic asthma... Most medications that you take for allergies also cause fatigue or drowsiness. Do you see a Dr for your allergies???I would encourage you to do so. I took shots for years then my lungs got so bad they would give them to me anymore. Get some vitamins and try to eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. I know that all the processed foods available now have LOTS of preservatives. Try to avoid all those chemicals and "stuff" added to foods. I do wish you well, take care, J

Looking at what you wrote, I'm thinking that you are talking about congestion (stuffed up), allergies, asthma. I have allergic asthma, and sure, congestion makes you very tired, especially if it affects your breathing or if the congestion is green or gray, meaning infection. Frustration with dealing with asthma and allergies can make you tired and discouraged. It's hard. I know. I have to be very careful going anywhere as perfume, hairspray, and nail polish will stop me from breathing. Over the years I've found certain things that help a lot. If the congestion keeps bothering you, stiff some steam (carefully) and that really helps to break it up. You boil some water, put a towel over your head, and CAREFULLY sniff in the steam, and breathe in the steam, and it helps a lot. Should give you better breathing and help your energy. Hope this helps.
